Terms & Conditions

By using Trakoras (the app and the dashboard), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The service

Trakoras lets you track devices you own or control and optionally share their live location with people you choose. The service is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Acceptable use

• You must own each tracked device, or have explicit, informed consent from its owner/user.
• Tracking people without their knowledge is prohibited and likely illegal in your jurisdiction.
• No commercial resale of the service or its data without written permission.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempts to abuse rate limits or auth.

3. Account responsibility

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email, session tokens, share-link PINs, and the in-app Stop PIN secure.
• If you lose your sign-in credentials, you may lose access to historical data; we cannot recover what we don't keep.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trakoras and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or missed events caused by GPS inaccuracy, network outages, or device failure. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months (currently zero, as the service is free).

5. Termination

• You can stop using the service anytime — uninstall the app, sign out of the dashboard, or request account deletion.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes is acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the operator's jurisdiction.
